His deep expertise spans the MENA region, where he has built an extensive network and developed a profound understanding of market dynamics, investment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in leading high-impact projects, optimizing real estate portfolios, and driving significant profitability across various organizations.
Currently serving as a board member at several public listed companies.

Hossam Akkad
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Hossam Al-Akkad is a seasoned finance and business strategy leader with over 33 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, business development, and corporate transformation and governance structure.
He has successfully led financial operations across multiple industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and telecommunications.
Holding an MBA in Corporate Finance and a CMA certification, Hossam’s expertise spans financial planning and analysis, investment management, feasibility studies, company valuations, and restructuring.

Mohamed Shaheen
Chief Development Officer (CDO)
With over 26 years of experience, Mohamed Shaheen has directed major real estate development and design-build projects across the MENA region.
He has held D-level leadership roles managing commercial, residential, and hospitality portfolios, with deep expertise in exterior and interior design, strategic planning, feasibility assessment, and full project lifecycle delivery.
Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex construction operations, and ensured alignment with organizational objectives for quality, budget, and timeline.
He also serves as a board member in both a design firm and a construction company.

Sinan Dmairi is a seasoned marketing and commercial leader with over two decades of experience across major industries, including FMCG, telecommunications, and real estate.
Currently serving as Head of Commercial at a leading FMCG player in the region, he has previously led high-impact marketing and e-commerce strategies across KSA, Egypt, and Jordan.
With a strong background in brand management, business development, and strategic communications, Sinan has held key leadership roles at Mobily and Hamat Holding, driving market expansion and brand equity.
His expertise in category growth, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement makes him a valuable asset in shaping corporate strategy and innovation.
